专利说明:
WORK MACHINE IN HAND TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a handheld machine. BACKGROUND A reciprocating hedge trimmer with a reciprocating blade is commonly known as a hand-held work machine as disclosed, for example, in Patent Document 1 (Patent Document 1: Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2010-51329) . hr this hedge trimmer supports a frame with a handle and a motor. A mounting spring is placed between the frame and the motor as an anti-vibration structure. SUMMARY Traditional handheld machine tools cut branches and leaves with reciprocating blades (trim blades or cutting blades) at the front of the machine tools and are structured so that the cut branches and leaves fall naturally and are easily drained. For example, the working machine body containing the motor is mounted on a frame with a large hole formed between the working machine body and the frame. Additionally, top surfaces and the like of various parts are inclined mainly so that the branches and leaves that adhere to or deposit around the engine naturally fall due to, for example, engine vibrations. However, in a conventional hand-held work machine, the branches and leaves cut through the trimmer blade can adhere to the engine (drive source) and shut off a cooling air inlet from the engine or enter the engine, thereby prevent sufficient cooling air from being provided. In such cases, when the user continues to use the machine without being aware of it 2.5 problems, the motor cannot be cooled sufficiently. If the engine temperature rises due to insufficient cooling, engine damage, such as seizing, can occur. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hand-held work machine that prevents branches and leaves and the like from settling around a drive source or prevents them from being sucked into the drive source. The present invention is a hand-held work machine (100) in which a work machine body (3) with a drive source (1) is attached to a frame part (20) and a blade part (4) is formed on the work machine body (3) ), the frame portion (20) comprising a main frame (21) formed to enclose a lower portion (2) of the working machine body (3), and a guard (30) integrated with the main frame (2,1 ) on an inner peripheral side thereof and extending along an outer shape of a lower portion (1a) of the drive source (1). BE2019 / 5114 According to this hand-held work machine (100), the drive source (1) is driven and the blade part (4) performs an object cutting operation. For example, branches and leaves and the like are trimmed. The working machine body (3) is attached to the frame part (20) and the frame part (20) has the protection (30) integrated with the main frame (21) on an inner peripheral side thereof. The guard (30) extends along an outer shape of the lower portion (1a) of the drive source (1) to prevent branches and leaves and the like from depositing around the drive source (1) or into the drive source (1) . Thus, insufficient cooling and temperature rise of the drive source (1) are prevented and damage to the drive source (1) is avoided. Top ends (32a, 33a, 34a) of the guard (30) may be equal to or higher than top ends (22a, 23a, 24a) of the main frame (21) and closer to the drive source (1) than the top ends (22a, 23a, 24a). In this case, since the upper ends (32a, 33a, 34a) of the guard (30) are closer to the drive source (1), branches and leaves and the like are prevented from adhering to and around the drive source (1) m the power source (1) or the machine body (3), or deposit around the power source (1). The protection (30) can be formed from an elastic material. In this case, for example, damage to the guard (30) can be prevented even when the guard (30) contacts the drive source (1). The frame member (20) may include an inner frame (28) formed on the inner peripheral side of the main frame (21) and support the working machine body (3), and the guard (30) may be between the main frame (21) ) and the inner frame (28) are fitted. In this case, the frame part (20) is able to prevent the intrusion and deposition of the branches and leaves and the like by means of the protection (30) while the working machine body (3) is supported with the inner frame (28). The frame part (20) serves these multiple rollers, 2.5 so that the operation and benefits described above are achieved through a simple configuration. According to the present invention, the protection (30) ensures that no branches or leaves or the like deposits are drawn around the drive source (1) or into the drive source (1). DETAILED DESCRIPTION Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that equivalent elements have been given equivalent reference numbers in the description of the drawings and superfluous explanations have been omitted. Directional terms used herein such as top, bottom, front, back, left and right refer to directions relative to a user using the handheld machine. The front for the user (cut page) is defined as the front. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a hedge trimmer 100, which is a hand-held work machine, includes a work machine frame 3 having a motor (drive source) 1, which motor is a drive source, and a gear box 2 connected to a lower portion of the motor 1, and a frame part 20 to which the working machine body 3 is attached. The working machine body 3 has a trim blade portion 4 which is projected forwardly from the motor 1 and a front portion of the frame portion 2.0. The trim blade 4 includes a guide 4a projecting forwardly from the motor 1 and an upper blade 4b and a lower blade 4c which are mounted to position along the guide 4a and which have a plurality of blades extending into a left to the right direction and side to side are arranged in a front-to-back direction. The top blade 4a and the bottom blade 4c of the trim blade portion 4 reciprocate by a rotary motion of the motor 1 which is converted to a reciprocating motion by a gear in the gearbox 2 to produce an object to be cut, such as a hedge or tree, can be trimmed uniformly. 2.5 The frame part 20 has a peripheral main frame 21. The gearbox 2 forms a lower part of the motor 1 and is enclosed by the main frame 21. That is, the gearbox 2 is placed in a central opening A (see Fig. 3) of the frame part 20. It should be noted that the engine 1 is combined and integrated with a fuel tank 11. An air cleaning shield 19 is attached to a right side of the engine 1. The frame portion 20 has a front handle 5 which has an inverted U-shape projecting behind the trim blade portion 4 and in front of the engine 1. The frame portion 20 also has a rear handle mounting portion 6 on a rear end, and a rear handle 7 which is rectangular-ring-shaped as viewed from a side view and is rotatably connected to the rear handle attachment portion 6. The front handle 5 is held by one user's hand and the rear handle 7 is held by the user's other hand. The rear handle 7 has a throttle lever 13 mounted on a bottom side of one BE2019 / 5114 upper engagement portion 12 is placed and a safety handle 14 placed on an upper side of the engagement portion 12. The rear handle 7 also has a rotary handle 15 placed in front of the upper safety handle 14, and a stop switch 16 (see FIG. 3) for stopping the motor 1 placed on a beekeeper side of the rotary handle 15. The throttle lever 13 is intended to adjust a power of the motor 1 and the safety lever 14 is intended to enable operation of the throttle lever 13. In an initial state, an upper rear portion of the safety lever 13 projects upward from the engagement portion 12 so that the user can hold it with the palm of his or her hand. The rotary handle 15 allows rotation of the rear handle 7 while limiting the operation of the throttle 13 and is capable of limiting the rotation of the rear handle 7 during operation of the throttle 13. The structure of the frame member 20 that supports the working machine body 3 is described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 1-3. As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the frame portion 20 includes the main fringe 21 formed to enclose the gearbox 2 from left and right sides and from the rear, the front handle 5 formed on a front portion of the main frame 21, and the rear handle 7 formed on a rear portion of the main frame 21. The frame portion 20 is formed, for example, from reinforced plastic. The main frame 21 extends in a U-shape as viewed from a top view along a bottom surface of the working machine body 3, that is, a bottom surface of the gearbox 2. The main frame 21 forms a skeleton of the frame part 20 and has sufficient strength to support the working machine body 3 during use of the hedge trimmer 100 (during operation of the motor 1). The main frame 21 also stabilizes the hedge trimmer 100, for example, when the hedge trimmer 100 is placed on the ground. The front portion of the main frame 21 is open and a front end of the gearbox 2 and a base end 2.5 of the trim blade section 4 are placed in that open section. A front shield 27 shielding the front end of the gearbox 2 and the base end of the trim blade portion 4 from above is connected to the front portion of the main fringe 21 under the front handle 5. A front guard 26 extending forward and between the trim blade portion 4 and the front handle 5 is disposed is formed on a front portion of the front shield 27. The front shield 26 may have a silencer 17 (see FIG. 3) inserted therethrough. The frame portion 20 is structured to prevent cut branches and leaves and the like from adhering or depositing around the motor 1 or being sucked into the motor 1 during a trimming operation of branches and leaves and the like using the hedge trimmer 100. That is, a shield 30 that is U-shaped as viewed from a top view and slightly smaller than the main frame 21 is integrated with the main frame 21 on an inner peripheral side thereof. The protection 30 is formed, for example, from one BE2019 / 5114 elastic material, such as rubber. The guard 30 is formed in a shape corresponding to an inner peripheral retaining roof of the main frame 21 and is fitted, for example, on the inner peripheral side of the main frame 21. The attachment (fitting) of the protection 30 does not require any fittings or the like in particular (an auxiliary fitting or the like for fixing the protection 30 can, of course, be used). In particular, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the frame portion 20 has an inner frame 28 formed on the inner peripheral side of the main frame 21 and supports the working machine body 3. That inner frame 28 forms an innermost peripheral surface of the frame portion 20 and defines the above said central opening A. The inner frame 28 10 encloses the gearbox 2 of the machine body 3 from the left and right sides and from the rear. A bottom surface of the inner frame 28 is substantially flush with a bottom surface of the main frame 21, and the gearbox 2 and other parts are placed above these bottom surfaces (see FIG. 4). The main frame 21, the inner frame 28, the front shield 26, and the front shield 27 are, for example, integrally formed of reinforced plastic. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the protection 30 is fitted between the main frame 21 and the inner frame 28. The guard 30 may be matched to the main frame 21 and inner frame 28 but not coupled thereto. It should be noted that the protection 30 can be coupled to the main frame 21 and the inner frame 28, for example, by adhesion. The frame portion 20 on which the working machine body 3 including the motor 1 is mounted has an anti-vibration structure. The inner frame 28 above includes a left inner frame 28a extending in the front-to-back direction on the left side of the gearbox 2 and a right inner frame 28b extending in the front-to-back direction on the right side. of the gearbox. The left inner frame 28a and the right inner frame 28b have left and right front springs 41 attached to front portions thereof, respectively. The left inner frame 28a and the right inner frame 28b have left and right rear springs 42 attached thereto to rear portions thereof, respectively. The front springs 41 and the rear springs 42 are mounted on cylindrical spring mounting portions 29 (see FIG. 4) formed integrally with the left inner frame 28a and the right inner frame 28b, and inner ends of the front springs 41 and the rear springs 42 are respectively connected to front connecting walls 51 and rear connecting walls 52 of the gearbox 2 (see FIGS. 2 and 4). The gearbox 2 is connected to the frame part 20 via the front springs 41 and the rear springs 42, for example by means of four connecting bolts 43. The above structure damps the transmission of vibrations from the motor 1 to the frame part 20. BE2019 / 5114 As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the guard 30 extends along an outer shape of a bottom portion 1a of the motor 1. The gap between the guard 30 and the bottom portion 1a of the motor 1 is set to the size of a minimum clearance taking into account from the vibrations of the motor 1 in order to prevent the entry and deposition of branches and leaves. It should be noted that contact between the lower portion 1a of the vibrating motor 1 and the guard 30 is unsuccessful since the rubber guard 30 will not be damaged. More specifically, the main frame 21 includes a linear frame 22 extending in the front-to-back direction towards a left edge of the frame portion 20, a right frame 23 extending in the front-to-back direction on a right edge of the frame member 20, and a rear frame 24 connecting the rear ends of the left frame 22 and the right frame 23. The guard 30 includes a left guard 32 extending in the front-to-back direction on an inner peripheral side of the left frame 22 (between the left frame 22 and the left inner frame 28a), a right guard 33 extending in the front-to-back direction on an inner peripheral side of the right frame 23 (between the right frame 23 and the right inner frame 28b), and a rear guard 34 covering the rear ends of the left guard 32 and the right guard 33 connects. The left frame 22, the right frame 23, and the rear frame 24 and the left guard 32, the right guard 33, and the rear guard 34 are substantially vertically positioned walls. It should be noted that the left guard 32 of the guard is formed only rearwardly from the central portion in the front-back side direction to avoid hindering the muffler 17 (see FIGS. 3 and 5) above. As shown in FIG. 6, the rear frame 24 is higher than the left frame 22 and the 2.5 right frame 23. Rear guard 34 is slightly higher than left guard 32 and right guard 33. When the heights of the main frame 21 and the guard 30 are compared in the same locations, the guard 30 is higher than the main frame 21. That is, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, an upper end 32a of the left guard 32 is higher than an upper end 22a of the left frame 22, and an upper end 33a of the right guard 33 is higher than an upper end 23a of the right frame. An upper end 34a of the rear guard is equal to or higher than an upper end 24a of the rear frame 24. Additionally, the upper end 32a, the upper end 33a, and the upper end 34a of the guard 30 are closer to the motor 1 then the top end 22a, the top end 23a, and the top end 24a. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper end 32a of the left guard 32 is closest to one BE2019 / 5114 muffler shield 18 of the engine 1 and the upper end 33a of the right shield is closest to the air cleaning shield 19 of the engine. The used lifts a hedge trimmer 100 by holding the front handle 5 and the rear handle 7, and when the safety handle 13 and the throttle 13 are actuated, the top blade 4b and the bottom blade 4c receive power from the engine 1 and move symmetrically back and forth in the front-to-back direction. The trim blade section 4 is then moved up and down and left and right to trim the tops and sides of the branches and leaves or hedges. When this is done, the trimmed and cut leaves will want to adhere to or deposit on the frame part 20 and the working machine body 3 (ie, the motor 1 and the like) but the protection 30 of the frame part will act as a wall in order to increase the amount of significantly reduce cut leaves entering motor 1. In this hedge trimmer 100, the working machine body 3 is attached to the frame part 20 and the frame part 20 has the protection 30 integrated with the main frame 21 on the inner 15 peripheral side thereof. The guard 30 long extends the outer shape of the lower portion 1a of the motor 1 to prevent the branches and leaves and the like from settling around the motor 1 or into the motor 1. Thus, insufficient cooling and temperature rise of the motor 1 is prevented and damage to the motor 1 is avoided. Since the protection 30 is integrated with the main frame 21, the number of components 20 is reduced and no man-hours are required to tighten screws or the like, so that the assembly is facilitated. The top ends 32a, 33a, 34a of the guard 30 are equal to or higher than the top ends 22a, 23a, 24a of the main frame 21 and are closer to the motor 1 than the top ends 22a, 23a, 24a. Since the upper ends 32a, 33a, 34a of the 2.5 protection 30 are closer to the motor 1, branches and leaves and the like are prevented from adhering to and around the motor 1, entering the motor 1 or the working machine body 3, or depositing around the motor 1. The protection 30 is formed from an elastic material. Thus, for example, damage to the guard 30 can be prevented even when the guard 30 contacts the motor 1. The frame portion 20 includes the inner frame 28 formed on the inner peripheral side of the main frame 21 and supports the working machine body 3, and the protection 30 is fitted between the main frame 21 and the inner frame 28. Thus, the frame part 20 is able to prevent the entry and deposition of the branches and leaves and the like by means of the protection 30 during the support of the working machine body 3 with the interior BE2019 / 5114 frame 28. The frame part 20 serves these multiple rollers, so that the operation and the advantages as described above are achieved through a simple configuration. Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the shapes of the main frame 21 and protection 30 can be changed if necessary. The inner frame 28 can be omitted and the gearbox 2 can be connected to the main frame via the front springs 41 and the rear springs 42. A gearbox is not limited by being enclosed by a main frame, and a portion other than the gearbox forming a lower portion of a machine body can be enclosed by the main frame. Additionally, the bottom portion of the working machine body may be a bottom portion of an engine. In this case, the main frame may enclose the lower part of the motor and a guard integrated with the main frame on an inner peripheral side thereof may extend along an outer shape of the lower part of the motor to form the lower part of the motor. to be enclosed from the left and right and from the front and the back. In addition, although in the above embodiments, a motor is used as the drive source, an electric motor or the like can be used as the drive source. The present invention can also be applied to a rechargeable hedge trimmer. Furthermore, although the above embodiments have been described as hedge trimmers, for example, the present invention can be applied to handheld work machines other than hedge trimmers. It is only necessary for the handheld machine to have a blade portion formed on the machine body and the present invention can be applied to, for example, a chainsaw.
